Mixing Tower Series

l Aggregates are lifted to the top of the mixing tower in a single operation, which shortens the batching cycle, significantly improves production efficiency, and truly achieves the standard productivity;

l All materials are measured and discharged individually, enabling the stone-enveloping mixing process and ensuring better concrete homogeneity;

l The main mixer is a twin-shaft mixer. This mixer, which incorporates Italian technology, incorporates advanced sealing devices and wear-resistant liners, resulting in a marked improvement in the overall reliability;

l The overall structure is a box-type steel structure, which provides protection against wind, rain, and sunlight. It plays an effective role in dust control and noise reduction, meeting national environmental protection requirements.

l The sand and aggregate feeding system is designed with a belt conveyor for material feeding, and equipped with maintenance walkways and rain shelters for convenient maintenance.

l The control system is furnished with Chimei-brand products.

l The metering system fully employs electronic scales for fast and accurate metering.
